Cancellations due to weather (before the setup has started) are subject to a reschedule at no cost. If a weather reschedule is not possible we will refund you 100%, if the call is made before the set up has started.
Cancellations/Reschedule - We require a 48 hour cancellation notification to allow for other customers to book the time slot. Cancellations that are made 48 hours prior to appointment time, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations that are made less than 48 hours notice, will only receive half of the service cost as a refund.
No Call - No Show - Will be charged the full price of the service.
